Continuing our heritage in producing dessert teas, ETTE Tea is celebrating this Noel with a classic German bake, the Christmas Fruit Stollen. A Stollen is a festive bread containing chopped dried fruit, nuts & spices that are often covered with powdered sugar or icing sugar. Translating it into tea, the Christmas Fruit Stollen is a blend of earl grey tea, dried berries, hibiscus, blue cornflower, pandan, cloves & cinnamon. Preferably to be lightly sweetened with icing sugar.
