“Coloring Folio A4” is the development of a product for resource recovery by rethinking about the definition of a sketchbook by asking "Are users making the most of their book or not?"
The research shows that users of this type of sketchbook usually rip off the paper from the book and put a piece of paper on the drawing board before use. Only few that actually draw on the sketchbook without ripping because the hard board behind the sketchbook is too thin to support. When users ripped off all papers inside, they will just dispose the unused covers and cardboard.
To solve the problem, the front and back covers can be re-used as a portfolio binder when the paper has run out
The special thing about “Coloring Folio A4” is that it’s been designed especially for coloring by Copic / other magic pens. The back cover can be expanded and used as a paper pad for coloring to avoid the leakage to paper below.
